This is just a short note to let you know that I appreciate the professional work you have done in creating a database for our tribal court. I must admit that it was a challenge for both of us -- me being computer illiterate and you being vague in legal terminology -- but I think we managed just fine.

I certainly admire the fact that you can take a program, sit with an individual, and develop a database that conforms to their business. Once we implement our database, it can put out those tedious monthly and annual reports with a punch of the button.
