In August of 1991 our office contacted John Wyckoff to assist us with our computer system, and, since that time John has continued to service our computers in a most efficient manner.

There are several different, independent aspects to the software used in this office which are difficult to understand, and John has been able to help us solve each problem as it occurs. John has been most helpful in loading updates, identifying problems, and communicating the problems to the software companies. Whenever a virus invades the system, John is able to locate and deal with the virus. If the entire computer system goes down, John has been able to retrieve the data and save the information within our system.

Communicating our computer needs or problems with the different companies involved is one area which has been most beneficial. Many times it is difficult for our office to go into DOS, understand what we are reading and communicate the information to the computer company. John is able to do this with ease.
