Before I met John Wyckoff, working on my computer was a cumbersome, frustrating, and time consuming task, much like trying to view the world through a soda straw. Now my station is organized the way I want, the new menus are easily accessed, and my data and programs are set up in the manner where they can be used to my greatest advantage.
