Several years ago, after putting new 386 and math co-processors into my computer, I was unable to get into Windows or from that into my geologic program (Geographics). John and I had quite an ordeal. We stripped out successively all the programs, finally Windows, and then down to DOS only. The company, from which I got the 386 and math co-processors replaced them; it still didn't work. After getting new DOS and new Windows, we found that the first math co-processor was defective, and the second one was also defective-- the company subsequently went out of business.

Since that time on minor problems, I have called John several times and he has been able to solve it over the phone never charging me anything. I appreciate John's help through my ordeal and his helping me on subsequent problems.
