As I see it, it takes three things to keep my computer system running -- hardware, software, and John Wyckoff. You have kept my business up and running for nearly ten years, training me and my staff to run our computers, salvaging data from the ruins of crashes, and setting up procedures to improve my efficiency. You have always delivered what you promised, and have done so with integrity, good-naturedness and a sense of humor regardless of the level of chaos or stress I presented to you.

I especially enjoyed working with you to develop the customized programs you created for my clients. I remember the time I took the code you were writing and hung it on the wall to try to understand what you were doing. The program was do big it covered all the walls in my conference room from floor to ceiling. Yet you never lost sight of what we were trying to accomplish, and paid attention to both the specific details and the big picture.

Over the years we have both had some trying times. That you have hung in there with me through thick and thin has been a special blessing, John, and I thank you for your friendship and support.
