John Wyckoff has been the computer consultant for our company since 1991. He set up databases for our business with the Q&A program. Since we are set up with a network and most of our employees began using the computers with little or no knowledge of computers, I really appreciated John's ability to make our databases user friendly. With little training and a couple of key strokes, all of our employees can run reports, print labels, look up files, and update information.

John is always available when problems do arise. Most messages left with the paging service are answered within at least thirty minutes. This is service that I appreciate.

John is also very supportive of any new databases we have learned to create for ourselves and offers advice when asked about improvements we can make to those databases.

Our business was unfortunate enough to have lightning strike our computer network this past year. John was immediately available and dedicated many hours to helping us track all the damage done and recover all the files that had been corrupted. He worked hand-in-hand with the computer hardware company tracking problems as they surfaced over several months and helped us identify those costs covered under our insurance.
