I feel fortunate (and for the first time confident) that there is someone, somewhere, who will and can assist Ballet Oklahoma with its computer problems. As the development director of a non-profit agency, everyone in the office has to "make do" with donated equipment. John Wyckoff has never failed to help us make the equipment work for us. Before John, if there was a problem we were virtually at the mercy of companies who: 1) wanted to sell us new equipment, which we could not afford, 2) were not interested in responding to us in a timely fashion, since we had no need for anything other than their service department; 3) were not interested in coming to us at all, but insisted that we bring our equipment to them. John Wyckoff on the other hand, has not only been there to assist us when we needed his services, but has been quick to offer us cost saving suggestions and advice on our computer needs.
